专利摘要:
A contact clamp for graphite electrodes, which comprises a shaft, the one end of which is shaped as a cone, while the other ends with a neck, onto which there is seated a metal hub shaped as a truncated cone, and to the shaft there is fastened a current-carrying disk, which is in contact with current-supplying brushes.

I
The invention relates to contact holders of graphite electrodes of electric arc furnaces.
Known contact holder CL graphite electrodes, including a nipple, placed in the end face of the electrode nipple fl
The disadvantages of this solution are, with expensive and heavy equipment for replacing the components, in addition, it is impossible to ensure complete coaxiality between the nipple and the electrode, which causes eccentricity, which has a negative effect on the quality of the protective coating. The current of the electrode flowing through the nipple is characterized by a multitude of transient resistances, resulting in overvoltage voltage drops, which also have a negative effect on the quality of the protective coating.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design to reduce transient resistance. .
The goal is achieved by the fact that the nipple is made in the form of a truncated cone of a metal hub mounted on one end of the shaft, the other end of which is made in the form of a cone, with a current-carrying disk fixed to the shaft and in contact with the holders.
The current-conducting disk is connected to the shaft 10 by means of cams placed in holes drilled at the base of the current-carrying disk, the cams being pressed into the flange mounted on the shaft and the current-carrying disk
The IS is in contact with the end portion of the graphite electrode.
A cone-shaped vt.pka is mounted on the metal hub, and the current-carrying disk is pressed onto the shaft.

FIG. Figure 1 shows a nipple socket and a contact holder, where the current-carrying disk is pressed onto the shaft, a section} in FIG. Option 2. 3 in which the current-carrying disk is connected to the shaft by means of cams, FIG. 3 shows a current-carrying disk, FIG. 4 is a variant in which a cone-shaped sleeve is mounted on a metal hub; a centering nest on the machine bed is a cone-shaped end of shaft 2; current-carrying disk 5, in contact with the brush holders 6 According to another variant, the current-carrying disk B is connected to the shaft 2 by means of cams 7 pressed into the flange 8 located on the shaft 2. 5 th disc abuts against the end face of the graphite electrode 4 to the metal stztitsu planted tapered sleeve 9. The action of the contact holder slab blowing. Following the feed of the electrode, the 4 centering nests 1 on both sides move towards each other along with their contact holders. The metal hubs 3 enter the nipple sockets, grind them, center the electrode before pressing the current-carrying disk 5 to its end. The rotating movement of the electrode 4 is given from the shaft 2 by pressing the disk 5 to the electrode 4. rub on its free surface electrical brushes. In the case of power supply without a current-conducting disk 5, the metal hub 3 centers the electrode 4 by pressing it against the nipple socket, and the current is fed through the shaft 2 through electric brushes. 9 Clamped to the current-carrying ring pressed onto the shaft. The head and the contact disks vary depending on the thread diameter of the nipple socket of the proposed electrodes. Claim 1. A contact holder for graphite electrodes containing a nipple located in a nest at the end of the electrode is characterized in that, in order to simplify the design and reduce the transient resistance, it is provided with a shaft with a current-carrying disc fixed on it the shaft is made in the form of a cone, and a nipple is mounted on its second end, made in the form of a truncated cone of the metal hub.

2. A holder according to claim 1, in which the current-carrying disk is connected to the shaft by means of cams placed in holes made at the base of the current-carrying disk, the cams being pressed into the flange mounted on the shaft, and the current supply contact disk with the end part of the graphite electrode.
[3]
3. The holder according to Clause I., of that, and with the fact that a cone-shaped sleeve is mounted on the metal hub.
